      “Most” of the staff are great to get along with. That’s the only pro

      Cons

      Out dated working conditions Poor support network Bullying culture that is tolerated from One member of staff. Even to the extent it is mentioned in interviews You hand your notice in no one from Management speaks to you again The management listen to gossip from other areas of the business who have no involvement in the depot

      Most people would sell their own mum for 50p commission. It’s such a toxic environment with some low grade people calling the shots to senior management.
