This company is a unique collection of cons, probably I would waste a day to list out all of the disadvantages, but I’ll try to highlight the most important ones.
Small, sick, and highly micromanaged dying company, where salaries can be drastically different, depending how “close” you are with the CEO and other “important” people.
An ideal place to get degraded mentally and psychologically, ideal place to ruin your career. Have worked here for a long period in my early stage of career, and I was really lucky just to get rid of this company. Less than 5 people joined this company in the last 3 years, and more than 15 people quitted. Those who remain here are either intensively benefiting from mismanagement, or they are in their late career stage and simply got used to it and don’t look for changes.
The projects are either really old legacy crap, or just new ones that are actively being rewritten due to mismanagement and maintainability problems.
I honestly wish that whoever considers joining this company will not do that big mistake. Believe me there are plenty of other good companies and you will definitely find a far better option. I sincerely wish you best of luck in your further endeavors ✌️
