Pros
Work can fit your availability. Good for someone with limited availability. Most clients are reasonable and I enjoy helping people who need a hand. Possibility to do get more work if you are qualified to do other appointment types. Pay is reliable and they have established systems in place.
Cons
Hours per week and where you go can change week to week, if that bothers you. Initial training only covered the 'perfect' scenario which left me phoning the office a bit when I started and ran into situations that aren't the usual.
