Pros
Personal interactions between management and subordinates. You don't feel like a cog in a wheel. Management is very understanding when you need to take time off as well. Management is clear about what they expect which helps subordinates know what they need to do in order to be successful.
Cons
Building could use some repairs in one or two areas.
