Pros
- great office and sales staff, genuine nice people and fun to work with.
Cons
- poor pay - Let go with zero heads up, took half my severance pay for days off taken. - rushed out after lay off then asked to do things for them after I did not work there. Had to withhold doing it to receive money they owed me for expenses (already 2 months late) - avoided calls from revenue Canada, delaying unemployment insurance by 60 days. - Had a employee review meeting and worked on all areas highlighted that needed improvement while my manager did not improve on any requests to make job easier. - terrible communication skills between management and employees. Manager was often not in the office
