Pros
Work hard, play hard mentality. The partners/owners are easy to talk to and learn from. I've been able to expand my knowledge of the business as well as create strong relationships with my fellow colleagues.
There's also fun monthly group events like a cooking class, or movie night.
Overall, I've learned so much in the span of 7 months and look forward to what tje future holds for me here at Cardea Group.
