Pros
I've been with Captus Systems for a few months, & I've never been as thrilled with an employer as I am now. (And I've had a few!) The environment here is one of Team Work, & everyone helps to support one-another with positivity - every single day! We are all treated with the utmost respect, & are given the room to do that for which we were hired - without constant "over the shoulder" direction. In other words - we are left to do our jobs because we are trusted to do so. (And I have found that to be an incredibly rare & welcomed commodity.) An additional bonus is that all of Captus Systems' employees are truly lovely, nice, pleasant folks to be around - which is such a plus when you spend more time with your co-workers on a daily basis than you do with your own family!
The level of professionalism here is unrivaled, as are the noble ethical standards on which Captus Systems prides itself. I highly recommend this company not only as an employer - but also, as an organization which is on top of its game in the Audio Visual Integration sector. Captus Systems constantly strives to be ahead of the curve, always keeping-up with the most modern & up-to-date technology. And needless to say - the Captus staff is highly & exceptionally qualified in every facet of the AV/Collaboration Industry!
