      Pros

      Our team truly feels like family! Innovation, creativity and autonomy are ingrained in our culture, and as a start-up organization we have daily opportunities to demonstrate each of those. For the first time in my career, I feel appreciated and comfortable being my authentic, genuine self, and it feels amazing!

      Cons

      The only con is not getting to spend more in-person time with my team.
