      Pros

      Good people & culture, interesting technology, a place you can be proud to work at. I know that the software we create is being used in hospitals around the world and are helping millions of people annually.

      Cons

      No company is perfect and neither is this one. However, none of the problems I have seen thus far are insurmountable and leadership is willing to make changes where it makes sense.
