      Pros

      The humanitarian mission of the organization and its impact on communities in Canada and around the world. Many of the staff are hard working driven people who put themselves second to the mission of the organization.

      Cons

      Senior leadership tone deaf approach to people and resource management. The C-suite is made up of people from the corporate world trying to run a humanitarian organization with no field or humanitarian experience. There is a constant lack of accountability for C-suite members and favouritism that promotes underperforming managers and directors, self-inflating titles under the pretext that they need to be able to speak to corporate counterparts with appropriate titles

      Fair compensation, good diversity in workplace, company values are reflected in the management of employees.
