      -100% remote - Good work life balance - Work on multiple projects - Great to work with project managers and team members from all the teams

      Cons

      - Pay is peanuts - Felt like school and managed by your mom - Managers have close to zero industry experience managing or doing IT work - Person @ the top of Centre of Excellence has to butt in at every other task you do. More of a control freak. - Stick to their way of completing tasks. OCD nature - Get used to reading long-winded emails

      Great office environment and people genuinely care about each other.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime in the mobilization coordinator specific role. No work life balance. This role is not for the faint of heart, you will be working long days with very little breaks.
