International Exposure, interacting with clients from around the globe and understanding their needs. Every day will be new here. Challenges galore. People who are ready to learn are welcome here and will be rewarded for their hard work. A company with lot of potential and product that can capture the market in the near future.

Cons

Coin has two sides, its very easy to criticise and pass comments. Young minds should look at the positives and the not negatives. The vision should be to learn and grown along with the organisation.

I have started my Career as a IT Trainee in Cango Networks and worked for 3 years , you can learn lot of Technologies here ,Main Advantage is what ever you doing MD will Come to know , So if you working well you will get good position ,name and good pay , Its true i learned ETL (SSIS) (Did POC and Implemented in product) in this organization , if you sharing any good ideas about products MD will accept and guide you and you will get onsite opportunity

Work life Balance and Demo pressure but if you accepted the pressure you will learn lot it will be help full for your career growth

Too many technologies. Not able to concentrate on any one technology. Telecom domain is very vast. Much to know. Like ocean.
