Pros
None at all .. I had more benefits in other companies. The only benefit I can say it's the hours are a little better but still doesn't beat where I used to work at.
Cons
The worst experience I ever had in my entire work history and the first job writing a bad review. Management are very unprofessional at all times. They expect you to learn in a short period of time which it's unrealistic in the job force. No benefits and a lot of pressure which it's not good for the employees. As being a sales person I was more as a stock person fixing and organizing which was not my main job. The owners don't care if the store it's unorganized they only care if we are selling their limited products. PEOPLE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY find something else it's not worth it.
