Super unfortunate but tldr: leadership doesn't give a rats cheese about you. They will tell you whatever it takes to get you aligned with their agenda. And that agenda is not what they say it is.
Leadership, clients, people, culture, etc. I have never learned more anywhere else and the people are really smart and great to work with. Leadership is easily accessible and actually listens to feedback, which is hard to find
Cons
Client service is tough, but that is not something specific to Calculate. I love the challenge.
