      Not very good at franchising

      Pros

      I liked the people, training was easy to learn. Pretty easy job overall.

      Cons

      Horribly tiring--breaks aren't scheduled well at all, most of the time didn't even take breaks even after being on my feet for 5 hours straight. The franchise model was terrible, the recipes weren't good, and the items were crazy overpriced for their quality which wasn't good either.

      Friendly environment. No experience required. Flexible schedule. It is clean to work at.

      Cons

      Lacks proper training. Not many things are protocolized, so workers improvise frequently. Wage is not competitive. May not look professional at times
