Pros

Great benefits including retirement, health, etc. Better than other companies I worked for or seen. Good diversity in the services offered to the customer. Loads of experienced people.

Cons

Office culture is somewhat isolationism, not much effort to work as a team, more like a bunch of independent mini-companies that happen to be under the same roof.
