Will hire anyone, not the best pro but if you're desperate.
Cons
Poor management, both in personnel and time commitments. Sexist attitude prevalent all over the business. Stuck answering for previous salesperson's screwups Poor wages despite my years of experience. No benefits at all, no health, no dental, no life. Expected to work overtime without pay. I was promised commissions and never got one.
