      Pros

      Great kids, great faculty, some middle leaders are supportive.

      Cons

      Mad kids in abundance, SLT hide or blame, then ghost when needed most. Insincere and reneging on promises, poor approach to pastoral care, monoculture on curriculum: they decide what all their schools teach. No flexibility, one size fits all.
