      Pros

      Relaxed work place which goes hand in hand with the talented people who work there. They provide information that is needed for the Industry.

      Cons

      Where do I start, this is your typical take care of the big wigs and maybe acknowledge the lower level people but they are responsible for giving them the results needed. Communication is horrible on all levels. Yet always want better results with no real leadership. Always wanting more with no compensation. This company is being run into the ground from people who are still there.

      Pros

      Enjoy the people I work with. Nice town to live in. Flexible work schedule though its a problem when the senior leaders don't show. Good health, vision and dental benefits.

      Cons

      Work in a windowless warehouse. Different people get different pay for doing the same work. No pay raises for years. Top leaders doing OK, though. Two of them bought sporty new cars during the recession when the rest of us took pay cuts. No plan or direction or room to grow. Just a job until the next job.

      Interesting technical work, not very employee friendly

      Pros

      Good benefits, vacation time was thin but you were allowed to take it, worked with good people, company is not obsessed with profits, nice place to live.

      Cons

      No communication from management, no real direction for the company, no real career path or organized training, little support from supervisors, OLD software used in tunnels, resistance to change or improvement, no accountability at the top levels...
