Pros
Relaxed work environment by nature of being a start up.
Cons
Lack of comprehensive training. Great idea but lack the resources to execute service properly. No real sense of direction for employees or company. Lack of transparency of where the company stands financially. No marketing to increase exposure, they expect the "sales" guy to be the marketing.
