      We used to be a community, job was fun and not super demanding, everyone had a great vibe and was nice. Great energy!

      Cons

      Since John (CEO) left the company, it felt like everything went down hill. Lack of communication, everything felt rushed, seems like no testing of the new software was done. A complete mess. Sucks how they stopped caring about the employees. Not what it was in the good days,

      One of the main indicators of how much I like this company is the fact that I came back here after a 7-month break. My sales career has started from scratch here: - back in 2017 I joined CIENCE as a researcher; - 2018 - SDR; - 2019 -2020 - SDR Manager; training; onboarding; new office launch; - beginning of 2021 - last months and new experience; - end of 2021 - Sales Coach! Everything is possible if you're open to hard work, personal and professional development, constant growth. Besides basic features of remote work, insurance, holidays presents, laptops and stuff - you receive a team, which supports you throughout the journey and is welcoming you back after many months no matter what!
