There are so many opportunities to learn and grow at CFAR both through formal development and opportunities to apply and expand learnings through the work. From book clubs to monthly development sessions, full firm offsite to deep internal conversations about the work - the expansion of ideas and concepts is constant.
Cons
With so many intelligent people, the conversation is sometimes elevated to a level that can be confusing to some.
