      Pros

      Some of the people who work there are very nice.

      Cons

      1. Everyone is always looking to blame someone else 2. Communication is non-existent 3. Disorganized 4. $$ is more important than employees 5.Gossip, gossip, gossip 6. Awful benefits, low pay 7. feedback is ignored 8. The two directors will give two different/opposite directions for same task. 9. Directors talked negatively about employees and potential employees. 10. Directors view all employees as easily replaceable.

      Thank you for taking the time to write this review. While we try very hard to accommodate our employees we realize that not everyone is a good fit for our company. As one of the Directors I can assure you that we take our employees livelihoods seriously. We have very little staff turnover, most of our administrative staff has been with us for years. We are dedicated to providing the best experience we can for our employees so that they can effectively serve the children and families we work with.

      Pros

      I have had a good experience working here. Any time I have needed support whether with a question regarding scheduling or help with a district putting too many kids on my caseload they helped out. I would highly recommend CBS.

      Pros

      I've been an employee of CBS Therapy for over four years, and have been contracted in school districts in two different states. Although I work in different states than their home base in RI, the staff and owners have built a great relationship with me and have never made me feel left out. Staff and owners are easily accessible and always reach back quickly when any problems come up. Proud to be part of the CBS Therapy team!

      Cons

      Being contracted, there are times when you are unsure of where your placement will be in the Fall, however, CBS Therapy staffing will keep you in the loop. They have provided me with short-term opportunities until a full time position became available.
