Pros
Butler Hospital USED to be the best place to work. The teamwork is second to none and the staff are the greatest. Now the staff seem more depressed than the patients.
Cons
The CEOs are taking money away from patient care. The buildings are being neglected. All the great managers have left and the current leadership cannot be trusted. They are watching our hospital be destroyed and still collect a paycheck, No backbone and they don't care about the staff, the working conditions, the cuts in benefits, and the loss of excellence. Shame on you!
