Pros

The hosts and servers are pleasant and friendly and the management team is organized and professional. They are willing to implement training methods for new employees

Cons

The management team is very unfriendly, unsupportive and unwilling to help. They are very specific about what they seek and have high standards. They purposefully concealed certain aspects of the position from me.

Pros

Friendlier and nicer than usual restaurant staff

Cons

Poor pay for how much the restaurant makes, not accommodating with request off dates, not understanding with calling out (not an option), no breaks (typical for restaurants), have to stay until last guest leaves

Pros

They believe in team work, it's flexible and great experience if hospitality is your element! Good chance for advancement and cross training. Employees get 20% off of food and if you bring a guest in for dinner, it is 20% off of your check.

Cons

There are no benefits. No dental, no medical, no vision insurance. Starting pay for hostess is only ten dollars an hour. You can get an employee review, and possibly get a raise, however there is a maximum in which a hostess can be paid. That number is around twelve dollars an hour.
