. The line is completely overcrowded to the point where its jeopardizing employees safety . Extreme harassment from other employees . No communication or feedback from managers . Consistently watching coworkers require mental health and medical treatment from enduring working conditions

There is a new manager in the Bellevue Burgermaster. He's working on improving the mistakes made from the last 40 years. There is an increase in employee hourly pay rates and the work environment is changing for the better.

Cons

FOH will not share tips with BOH. There are a few employees/supervisors who have such a negative attitude, that it effects everyone's ability to work. There does not seem to be any real team building between FOH/BOH and Dayshift/Nightshift. Too many kids and druggies....
