There is a new manager in the Bellevue Burgermaster. He's working on improving the mistakes made from the last 40 years. There is an increase in employee hourly pay rates and the work environment is changing for the better.
Cons
FOH will not share tips with BOH. There are a few employees/supervisors who have such a negative attitude, that it effects everyone's ability to work. There does not seem to be any real team building between FOH/BOH and Dayshift/Nightshift. Too many kids and druggies....
