This location is a toxic work environment, to say the least. The new manager lacks integrity and ethics, rewarding colleagues who achieve high sales numbers at the expense of others. This favoritism encourages a cutthroat atmosphere where people step on each other to get ahead, creating a negative vibe among the team. While the clients are generally nice, the same can't be said for the colleagues or managers. They don't seem to care about their team’s well-being or have anyone’s best interests at heart.
