Good work life balance. Pool table, Xbox, Beer/Pizza fridays. Good location in the heart of the city centre. Some good clients. Talented pool of people. Varied work. There are opportunities to progress within the company with hard work. Decent range of benefits, pension, healthcare.
Cons
High turnover of staff. Very process driven environment. Fast pace of development means often a lack of attention to detail and duplication of effort across delivery. Developers are booked by project management as a resource which often means estimates for work are wildly inaccurate. Not enought support given to new staff, you are expected to start delivering straight away. Senior management can be very cliquey. Some staff can be unwilling or reluctant to help out due to tight timescales.
