Pros

Good benefits, family culture, somewhat flexible with hours, given autonomy

Cons

Reviews seemed to have come from angry employees. The company overall is pretty good. Yes it has it ups and down but overall it is a good company to work for.

Pros

I enjoy coming to work every day at Broaster. The people I work with are a great group of individuals. Leadership is very helpful and supportive.

Cons

It is a job that requires you to be in office daily. Remote options are not available.

Pros

Pay was decent, and benefits were fine.

Cons

The overbearing attitude of upper management made everything harder. They were so disdainful of lower-level employees that it was impossible to get any respect. No one cared about our concerns, and we were constantly expected to just accept whatever orders were thrown our way. Upper management didn't seem to realize how much their disgruntled behavior affected the rest of us. It wasn't just frustrating-it was demoralizing.
