Pros

Pay, Immediate team and Direct Manager

Cons

I have NEVER worked at organization that not only allows other teams to steal your deals, but encourages it. absolute madness and mayhem. All of the systems that have have been built by developers, for developers, with no consideration for other users. It is appalling and not worth the frustration.

Pros

• Full fledged kitchen • Dog sitters all around the office • Very competitive office environment, I am not sure if this is a pro though.

Cons

• No career opportunity, they promote people based on personal relations and not based on performance. Very unreliable upper management. • Unstable work environment. None of the sales people are sure about their position in the company. They can be fired at any time with stupid excuses. They don't even give a proper chance to new recruitees, some of them were fired within a week of "bootcamp". • They created their company DNA that every employee has to follow it. It's also a super convenient excuse for firing someone in the company. They just fired their own CTO by simply saying "not complying with the company's DNA" excuse. • Management have ego issues and you always need to flatter them in order to boost their egos.
