      Pros

      The product itself is decent.

      Cons

      This company is lost. Extremely disfuntional with no clear sales direction. It felt like a sinking ship with layoffs and panic. No communication or leadership. Executives only care about selling the company with no experience in HPC. Product has minimal QA, releases are a nightmare. Pretty bad benefits.

      Pros

      Strong product for HPC Strong technology and field sales team in USA. Very well know in HPC market place

      Cons

      NEW upper management, making decisions without knowing the company culture, the company business or the market as a whole. Rip off employees - not paying commissions for deals closed NO true channel focus since Global RIF 10 employees have left in past 30 days either on their own or via RIF. RIF has left a number of customers and channel partners to question Bright management intentions

      Once again promises broken and bad decisions made to protect executives

      Strong technology (was and will probably be fixed) SE Team is very strong Support is excellent

      Cons

      Cant decide what they want to be... an enterprise company or a credit card transnational firm. New leadership does not provide leadership just blame. New employees are being set up to fail. Comp structure is complicated. Marketing is a joke and more worried about sucking up to management
