Pros

Free coffee, workout room and decent PTA policy

Cons

-Everything else. -Cold calling. -Commission based salary is a joke. -Zero support from team leaders and other brokers. -Sales coach has never worked in industry and most of his "coaching" is in the form of showing you youtube videos of sleazy salesman. -High turnover rate.

Pros

Free coffee available all day, supportive team, great co-workers. Team leaders care about the individuals success. Healthy snacks. Weight room

Cons

micromanagement by sales coach is to the extreme. He is a good guy however some breathing room is appreciated. Ownership does not seem to understand how the sales coach is negatively effecting their employees.

Pros

The people that work there are fantastic. Occasionally you get a free meal paid for by the owners. Healthy snacks provided.

Cons

The sales training is a joke. They only teach one method, taught by someone who may or may not have been a salesman in a past life. Impossible to grow a book of business due to lack of operational support. Ownership is extremely frugal.
