Pros

Breakthrough Culture is like none other that I've ever experienced. I worked for this company pre-covid and when March 2020 came, I unfortunately had to part ways. But after 1.5 years and staying in touch with many of the team members and CEO, it was undeniable that Breakthrough was the by far one of the best companies I've worked for. -It's completely remote, leaving you flexibility to work almost anywhere in the world. -The company strives to help people in pain, leaving you with a sense of accomplishment that you are helping others. -The most diverse and inclusive team I've worked on (I'm a female minority) -The CEO is the most down-to-earth and involved executive I've ever met, who truly cares about the company values AND the individual. -Competitive benefits -Competitive salary -Competitive commission structure

Cons

It's still in growth phase, so things are not perfect. New processes come up every week which means a fast paced learning environment. This can be very challenging for some.

Pros

The culture of the team is amazing. I love everyone I work with and enjoy spending time with them outside of work. The whole company is remote which is great and allows for flexibility. The mission is really cool too (Helping people in pain, get back to their lives naturally using physical therapy) It's a fast moving company so things change quickly which means lots of learning

Cons

It is remote, so you don't get as much in person time with the team.

Pros

Breakthrough PT Marketing has a ton of pros including the opportunity to travel, an amazing team and culture, as well as a company vision to *help people* which is rewarding when putting in the extra hours. However the biggest pro (professionally) may be the opportunity for growth. As a company that is quickly expanding, you will be given the opportunity to grow professionally at external conferences and also with additional responsibilities within the company. This leads into personal and professional advancements that take several years in a more corporate entity.

Cons

The cons are very similar to other remote jobs and companies. You will be working from home so you will be expected to manage your professional schedule (won't be micro managed) and also your personal bandwidth (against overworking/ burnout). Ultimately, if you focus on block scheduling your time to work + your time to *not* work, you will be fine. I'd also recommend diving into recommended strategies on working from home online before starting as well.
