      Totally unsatisfied with management and work burden and HR department.

      Good work environment, Good support from some senior staff member.

      HR department Gossiping large amount of sensitive information Failing to deliver clear salary, benefits and job info Weak hiring practices Forgetting to follow up Lack of recognition and rewards Not creating clear and thorough policies Too many rules Backstabbing Blame Game Failing to confront rule breakers Not trusting employees Not applying policies to your own team Delivering bad news via email Playing favorites

      Highly unsatisfied with the work and management. Became of a victim of false promises

      Pros

      Flexible work timing, Nice work environment, Excellent work related support from senior staff members

      Cons

      1. No sick or casual leaves. You take a leave and one day salary is deducted 2. If you forget to inform the management about leave, 2 days salary is deducted 3. Work pressure is good enough to drive you crazy. if you can manage then well and good. 4. Salary hikes is like a distant dream. Promises are made before you join and not kept after you are done signing the bond. 6 months of hard core work and the increment would be no where close to what an employ expected. 5. Company policies are quite different and unheard. 6. New employs are asked to sign a bond. 7. Office facilities are minimal.

This review seems to be posted on 2014 and so much has been changed since then. We have a set of leaves allotted for each member of the organization with periodic performance based increments that encourage them to give in their best.

      Great and awesome company to work with

      Pros

      I joined as an experienced software developer and have been working with this company for more than a year now and I really had great experience working here. They give you full freedom to pitch ideas for the products and manage the release dates for the products according to your workload. They follow all the standards for their products. If you are given an opportunity to work here, DON'T MISS IT!! Great atmosphere, creative colleagues. You will learn a lot, a lot, a lot :-)

      Cons

      So far I have found no cons in this company but there is one suggestion to take your employees on a trip/trekking/movie every 1 - 2 months :-) I know every year we celebrate our company's anniversary with a huge party and this will be cherry on the top.

      Hello, Thank you for taking out time and sharing views about our organization and the environment here! We really appreciate that. :) We understand the need of a little refreshment for all our team-mates and do conduct fun activities and month-end celebrations to keep the spirit high. We have been out for team outings, trekking, picnics, parties and a lot more in recent years. However, we understand that we haven't gone out for trips and outings quite often now. We will certainly take this as feedback and work on it. Or even better, a family that we are, you can take this forward and discuss it within our team so that we can plan it together and make it happen! ;) Thank you again for this review and for your contribution towards our organization!
