Pros

The floor managers are pretty good.

Cons

The pay is not competitive for the screen printers. Printers are paid partly based on production output but are often pulled from printing to cover other positions when people are out sick or on vacation and are not compensated for lost production time. Upper management seems to be very inexperienced or they put in very little effort. The whole operation is very inefficient and the employees are not set up for success. It seems the company is complacent and satisfied with simply getting by. There is a lot of potential for this to be a very successful company but I have doubts that anyone in management will make the effort to reach that potential.

Pros

Great, if you have no desire to climb the ladder.

Cons

Bad, if you are someone that wants to remain at the same company and climb the ladder.
