You get sold on the dream that Boxabl is the greatest place in the world to work however it's the exact opposite. Why would a company need 5 audio and visual cameras in an open workspace for 10-15 people. The founders have absolutely no respect for their employees and if you don't feed their ego every second you are cast out. Turnover rate is astronomical at 100%. You are expected to work every day 14+ hours a day 7 days a week however the founders don't even bother to show up to work and when they do they are there to take attendance of the lesser employees. If you absolutely need a job go for it but you would be happier being homeless not having employment vs working at Boxabl.

The CEO is a narcissist and micromanager who has zero respect for the employees. Employees must cower and submit to CEO or become ostracized and terminated. Turnover was at 100% when I decided to finally quit. CEO believes employees should feel privileged to work at Boxabl. This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. Owners have audio and video cameras throughout the office, emails are monitored. The owners believe this is how you manage your employees.
