Bad Senior Management - the place runs like a mess with no actual coordination. Team leaders do their best to tackle order volumes but senior management will find something to complain about. A lot of unnecessary changes with internal processes and team structure has caused this place to decline and create a hostile work environment. Resulting in many different roles leaving the company. Problems are not sorted but rather ignored. And if you're working in the warehouse then there's minimal room to grow.
