Pros

At head office, flex work week is available to take every second Friday off. Good mix of really tenured experienced associates and new up and comers with great fresh ideas. Free gym membership to Steve Nash fitness world. Lots of opportunity for advancement, especially on buying team.

Cons

Expect to work hard. Long hours and overworked people. Too many meetings take up valuable work time. Not enough acknowledgement for the hard work put in.
