100% Remote culture: The company is fully remote, which provides great location independence. Schedule flexibility: Good work-life balance is achievable depending on the department you are assigned to (not in CS).

Cons

Budget cuts: There are noticeable budget constraints currently affecting operations. Ineffective leadership: Many managers lack the necessary skills to lead teams effectively and tend to use a micro-managing or authoritarian approach. Low compensation: Base salaries are below the market standard for the industry. Inconsistent treatment: Employee experience, workload, and flexibility vary significantly from one department to another and also the manager

Some people are nice, but not a lot of them

Cons

It's a company where you're encouraged to not work. No one cares that there have been multiple people harassed by their managers. Those people have eventually left with no resolution.

Pros

Great company to work for! The salary, benefits and work/life balance is great. They encourage you to take your PTO to recharge. Everyone is willing to help you if you have questions or issues, including colleagues and management. Very fun and friendly place to work and you get to meet people from all across the globe!

Cons

Nothing really, just that it was somewhat of a new-ish role and company, a lot of people were laid off about 3 months in to the job.
