Pros
Not a lot to say here. You’ll probably end up having to do someone else’s job..so that could count as experience?
Cons
This isn’t a good place to work. And that sentiment is echoed by everyone from directors to people answering phones. It’s a fear-based, finger pointing culture and a black hole of gas lighting. Here’s what’s in store for you: An overwhelming workload, conflicting objectives, unclear expectations, inadequate resources and aggressive micro managing. Here’s what you’ll get in return: No HR department, no benefits, unfair pay, no resources, no clear path to growth, an unclear job description, no culture and no organizational structure. Just ask about their turnaround rate or how many times they’re tried to “restructure” the company. If you’re looking to work at BPM, you’d better look elsewhere. And if you take the chance and go through with the interview, listen to that feeling that something is “off”. I can tell you from experience, it most certainly is.
