Some of the co-workers are great to work with.
Cons
The COO is one of the most difficult people I've worked with in my career. She is impossible to read and makes impulsive decisions without discussing with team members. She pollutes the environment and office culture with her negative attitude and manic behavior. Most, if not all, of the employees feel a sense of insecurity due to the threat of being fired or scolded for little to no reason.
