Pros
Their clients - I mainly worked with one of their clients for my whole time with BiG. The client I worked with was great! Not so much with BiG.
Cons
They don’t establish any process for anything. They’d rather to focus on getting quick results than building a long term solution. You will not have any growth opportunities working for them. When I got laid off, they did not even provide any written form of notice, it was a 10 minutes meeting on google meet! Very poor and unprofessional process. They would expect you to work on the weekend for releases even though that is not what the client required them to do.
