      Pros

      It was a paycheck when I needed it but I moved on as soon as I could. The office is nice with expensive furnishings especially the management area.

      Cons

      Other reviews must have been written by management to make the company look better than it is. Beware. They change there mind all the time and have inconsistant policies that favor people who spy for management for there own gain.

      Pros

      I have been working with Blue Harbor for a few months and my experience has been wonderful. There is a ton of room for career advancement and they are constantly looking to promote from within. The company is growing at a fast rate which is creating more and more opportunities for dedicated current employees to advance quickly. Management is hands on and accessible. Pay and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Everyday the company is working on improving customer and employee satisfaction. With the rate of growth BlueHarbor is experiencing there are bound to be a few bumps in the road but the management team is dedicated to resolving any issues might arise with efficiency and grace.

      Product is not in reality what people are getting, felt like I was lying and pushing people into something I didn't like selling because it wasn't realistic.
