      Pros

      They hire qualified individuals. They do a good job at making remote employees feel connected. They are willing to pay for talent.

      Cons

      Veiled politics and turf protection. If you get on the wrong side of the wrong person, you may have a tough time. 401(k) part of the business is clickish with a core group of favored employees who have the ear of management.

      Work from home, flexible hours

      Cons

      Pay inequity, standards are not the same for all staff, company growth rate exceeds infrastructure to support that growth, benefits are expensive, employee turnover rate has increased greatly in the past 5 years
