A talents group of people and the culture was great. The product is really good. You believe in it.

Cons

You should be Romanian and as someone in NA there was not a lot of job security. There were a lot of random layoffs.

Remote locations to work from, great work colleagues in the localised teams, some very intelligent people to work along side

Cons

Management is non existent, they seem to have a process for a process which is archaic, however seeing where HQ is located, it makes so much sense! People who are considered "Senior Management" have absolutely zero people skills, a huge lack of empathy and in some cases have a total lack and understanding of how to manage people in general.
