There's just so much to talk about that I'd end up spelling all day writing so instead I'll list them down. -Terrible work-life balance, long hours alongside an exhausting workload -Constant micromanaging, your every action is scrutinized at every moment - Managers are useless, can't do their job properly and give no support to employees -Lack of direction, leadership doesn't know where to lead this company -Ineffective leadership, the decisions they make are insensible -Lack of communication, employees aren't kept in the loop about changes being made in the company.
