      Pros

      Flexible hours A good stepping stone kind of place. Dont expect anything long term if you're an ambitious person .

      Cons

      Many many things CEO is a picky, old man. He micromanages people and fires people as he pleases. There is no room for you to grow, no raises, no bonuses. No matters how hard you work, they don't know how to appreciate your hard work. The company is shrinking. People keep quitting and getting fired with no replacement. Low pay...

      Pros

      no opportunity to grow. Hire and Fire is their policy. If you want to survive, you should say always " YES" , otherwise the CEO of this company will fire in next hour. It does't matter either you have or not , what ever he ask. He keep side senior managers and he will ask to executive to do manager duties.

      Cons

      Management is the big problem in this company. a 70+ aged donkey ruling this company and he says " i am the god ", He never believe employees, because of him more then 200 employees left in just 4 years.

      Pros

      Working at BioGenex gave me a clear understanding of what a traumatic, unhealthy, terrible and horrible work culture felt like. Although I met some of the most hardworking and dedicated people at BioGenex, I suffered severe depression from the work culture and general management of Affairs at this company.

      Cons

      First off, I will just like to put this out : If your mental health is not a priority and you want to plunge yourself into a situation that will ultimately lead to your UNTIMELY DEATH, fee free to apply. Throughout my time at BioGenex, I experienced discrimination of all sorts (income, racial, gender). Focus is placed on the very menial and irrelevant issues rather than focusing on the big Picture. Do not bother giving constructive criticism because none of it will be taken into account. All the company cares about is making sales regardless of how dysfunctional the laboratory is. There is no structure or accountability whatsoever (at least while I worked there) The MICROMANAGEMENT is unbearable, annoying and counter productive. I could go on forever but I hope whoever is reading this thinks twice before submitting an application.
