Work from home but will end when Covid is better they claim.
Cons
Low pay. Poor management. Morning meetings are repetitive and pointless. No room for advancement. No performance reviews or raises. Extremely hard time hiring new people while the team struggles with work yet this job is a high school diploma job. Unorganized business practices such as how we clock in and the company wide chat that essentially is for other co workers complaining on what not to do. Co workers who have been there for a while are rude and cocky.
