Set up initial Zoom interview via phone call and email, called 10 minutes prior to reschedule. The interviewer never showed up to the second Zoom interview. They apologized and asked to reschedule and then didn't answer for a week.

Seemed friendly on phone when setting up interview. Called after receiving email letting me know they were interested and would I be able to come in the same week for interview.

They didn't review my resume prior to interview. Seemed unprepared. Company does not provide paid time off or health benefits. Waste of time. Around 15 employees working in small space so there is no privacy at your work station. Couldnt see any perks working there.
