      Pros

      - The benefits package (with unique perks like a health spending account and maternity top-up) - Competitive salary that matches industry growth year over year - The ability to work remotely (and stay remote) - Opportunities through growth (learning stipends and meetings to plan your career trajectory) - Transparent communication through weekly pulse check meetings so everyone stays aligned and knows exactly what’s going on across the board You see a strong mix of experienced people who have been here 20+ years alongside people just starting their career (and everything in between). The reviews on Glassdoor accurately reflect the company's culture and priorities.

      Cons

      I would love to see even more local/team bonding activities. We already have plenty (Company week, Lunar New Year lunch, holiday party, to name a few), I just like getting to know the different departments!

      A Supportive, Growth-Oriented Company with Great People and Leadership

      Pros

      One of the best things about working at Binary Stream is the people. The teams genuinely support one another and are passionate about making a difference in the Microsoft customer community. The executive team is approachable with a true open-door policy; you can drop a meeting on their calendar, and they’ll make time for you. Mentorship is another strong point with clear guidance to help align career development with company goals. As with many fast-growing organizations, priorities can shift quickly so flexibility and adaptability are necessary. That said, if you’re looking for a professional, growth-oriented environment where people and teamwork stand out, Binary Stream is a great place to be.

      Cons

      My experience was positive. I didn't come across anything I would consider a con.

      Growing company with great people

      Pros

      During my time at Binary I found it to be a great working environment, Very flexible with working from home and the ability to work in your local time zone (ie not needing to following PST). The tech stack is interesting and a good challenge for any one seasoned in development/ tech or new to the space. All the people are very supportive. HR and leadership work to make changes that employees want.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind. I enjoyed my time at Binary.
